'Cave zombie' identified

| The undead male, killed by special forces on thursday and known locally as 'The cave zombie' Has been formally identified. Authorities announced today that David Lee Weber (26) is the reanimated cave dweller.
His image was broadcast across America when the final photo's of Jason Eldrich (29), logging his parties ill fated entrance to the tin mine, were discovered recently. Little is known about Weber at this time. However, it is believed that he lived in nearby Bullhead city with his 72 year old grandmother Anne Weber.
This afternoon authorities also revealed that Weber seemed to have been inhabiting the mine with help from another source. Evidence of restraints were found (gnawed through) along with dozens of discarded empty packets of raw meat. Police spokesperson Captain H. Elderfield said "It's apparent that Weber was being looked after. Someone knows something. Anyone caught harboring an undead is doing so against the law. There is a lot of evidence here. If you know anything about this matter, please contact your local police authorities. |

Neighbor,who wishes to remain unidentified, spoke to ZWN today. She
said "David was a quiet person. Very intelligent, read lots of
books, all subjects. Didn't have many friends though. Came to live with
his grandmother when his parents split up a few years ago. He went to
South America recently. I saw him once since then. The day he came back
I think. He never spoke after that. Disappeared the next day. That was
back in February. Anne said he had gone back to his mother in California."
