Illegal 'Zombie Farm' owner flees to S. America - Caught
- Colombia,
(AP)

Steven Ludlow

The owner of an illegal 'Zombie Farm' was arrested today in Colombia.

Steven Ludlow 29, originally from Arizona, was caught trying to evade police early this morning. He was found to have a false passport, two small hand guns, and several thousand dollars in his possession.

He faces extradition to the USA, where he is expected to be charged with running the illegal establishment.

Prosecution:
According to federal prosecutor and attorney Richard R. Trentham, "It is against state and federal law to import, harbor, or otherwise house a known reanimator. Furthermore, to offer or sell for profit undead, either whole or body parts is not only morally reprehensible but also entirely illegal." If convicted, Ludlow could face at up to 15 years in prison. He may also face federal charges from the Department of Home Security. They could charge him with smuggling and harboring a deadly biological weapon (the Necro-mortosis virus).

It's not clear whether Ludlow will also be charged according to the 'Code of Ethics' accord issued by the UN recently. Since its inception, the code has already been challenged by the Supreme Court in last week's unexpected ruling against its legitimacy within the United States.

FBI Sting:
A police spokesperson said that a 'large number of undead' were being housed within a fortified horse stable. The premise of the farm was to offer hunting opportunities to paying clients. The sting itself accumulated with two FBI agents posing as would be clients. They each offered $1500 per head for the opportunity to hunt and kill reanimators. The illegal transaction was secretly taped and will be used in the pending prosecution trial.

Steven Ludlow, self proclaimed 'Zombie trophy hunter,' is the owner of the farm. He has been spotlighted in several cases of illegal trading of undead parts on ebuy.com and other outlets.
