MUNICIPAL
POWER UPDATE 1:30pm
Time Warner Cable is experiencing intermittent service interruptions
as a result of reduced staff, commercial power outages and
reduced maintenance abilities across the region. Our Miramar
facility in particular, is very close to an evacuation site,
but as of now, still deemed safe by local emergency personnel.
Access to the site and surrounding areas however, is limited.
Currently, there are a number of outages in progress (approximately
seven times the average volume), which is attributable to
commercial power outages and associated plant damage. Time
Warner Cable is working diligently to quickly restore any
lost services while maintaining employee safety and coordination
with local emergency officials.
