Three months after a series of attacks on local mortuaries and in one case a cemetery, a new spate of arson fires were started late last night. However, unlike last januarys attacks, this time the protagonists are claiming responsibility. The 'Templars of God', who were long thought to be connected to the other attacks , have issued a statement to a local newspaper. In it they claim to be 'ridding the soil of those it chooses not to hold.' |

Three mortuaries were burned to the ground. No one was injured. Other mortuaries in the area have taken the extra precaution of hiring private security firms to patrol their properties. Professor of cult studies and author of 'Theology, invocation and the mind of man' Dr. Vogul Ackerman spoke to ZWN today. He said that the Templars of God have been 'flying under the radar' for most of last year. They re-emerged in January, seemingly invigorated . Perhaps with a new leader also? certainly with a clear agenda. They believe that the only way to keep the undead from rising is to decapitate or burn all newly deceased bodies. If they stem the problem at the source, it ceases to become an epidemic. So off they go on their 'crusade' (as I am sure they would like to think of it). They simply will not recognize that only those who contact the Mortosis virus ever reanimate. America has hardly even been effected by the plague so far anyway, at least comparatively speaking. It's an acute point of view to say the least." Reward: |
