Department of Homeland Security Spokesperson, Dr. Adala Fasihuddin released a statement a short while ago. "DNA tests on the subject will have to be performed. Also an autopsy. We need to separate the blood samples found at the accident scene. Conclude without question, which blood belongs to the original corpse, which blood (if any) belongs to Mr. Hill the Dock Worker victim, and whether any additional blood samples have been found. If additional blood is identified, this would mean there is more than the one victim. And the quarantine of Newark would have to remain in force until that victim is located"

The possibility of a second victim raises a potential nightmare scenario for New Jersey.
