The captain of the luxury cruise liner 'Horizon Dawn', flag ship of the 'Goldray and Godding cruise line' sent an emergency distress signal late Saturday afternoon. The SOS states briefly that a 'significant' infestation of undead has emerged on the lower 5th and 6th decks of the ship.

The Horizon Dawn is presently off the coast of Peru, and was scheduled to complete a three day round trip from San Diego, California to Peru, stopping afterwards for maintenance work at Longbeach ship yards.

Goldray and Godding cruise lines released the following statement early this morning: "At 12.35 pm yesterday, Coast guard officials in Peru received an emergency SOS from captain John S. Fenton, of the Horizon Dawn. The communication requested assistance in controlling an emerging threat from an undead infestation in the lower regions of the ship. He advised that levels 5 and 6 were in the process of being sealed off. This is the only communication we have had at this point."

Guided missile Destroyer USS Ardene, which is in the area on naval exercises has reportedly been notified and a request for assistance submitted.
